IT solutions and services company Dimension Data has been appointed by the Selwyn Foundation, one of the country’s largest charitable providers of aged care services, as the supplier of an upgraded IP telephony, switching and routing solution.
Datacraft and Integral Axon have now officially rebranded as Dimension Data, following the acquisition of Integral Axon by Dimension Data’s wholly owned subsidiary Datacraft in October last year.

Japanese based telecommunications service provider Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) has made a cash offer of approximately 2.1 billion pounds for UK based IT service provider Dimension Data and its New Zealand subsidiaries Datacraft and distributor Express Data.
NTT plans to acquire 100 percent of Dimension Data’s shares. The acquisition process is expected be completed by the end of October.
