Damian Swaffield has been appointed CEO of web design and development company Terabyte.
Before this, Swaffield was CEO of 3D Visualisation company Nextspace.
Swaffield's previous roles include general manager consulting at Oxygen Business Solutions NZ; general manager technology at TVNZ, General Manager Information Services at SKYCITY Entertainment Group and associate director at KPMG.
Former CEO, Doug Hanna, who will become chairman of Terabyte, says that Swaffield brings a range of customer, product and delivery expertise to lead Terabyte:
“Damian has significant experience in high growth companies; building brand, market, and channels to market, and complex project delivery, while delivering an exceptional customer experience both in NZ and further afield," says Hanna, in a statement. "His leadership and change management will be of great value to our clients and the Terabyte team as we enter this exciting period of growth and change for our company”.
Alistair James is acting CIO at Massey University, taking over from Clive Martis, who held the role for over six years.
Verdon Kelliher is now director of strategic innovation and government at Samsung NZ.
Before this, he was Samsung’s enterprise sales directors for over three years.
