New director for Intergen

First independent on company board.

Westlake Consulting director Richard Westlake has been appointed as an independent director of Wellington-based IT company Intergen. He will sit on the Intergen board, which includes company directors Paddy Payne, Wayne Forgesson, Chris Auld and managing director Tony Stewart.

Stewart says the appointment signifies Intergen’s growing maturity as a company and commitment to effective governance.

Westlake works with boards and CEOs in the private and public sectors. He is also a foundation director of Kiwibank.
