  • ANZ Bank’s man in India returns to new role

    ING Australia has appointed the head of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group's offshore technology operation in Bangalore, Fred Bertram, as its new chief operating officer.
    The wealth management and insurance company, which is a joint venture between Dutch-based ING and ANZ, announced its plans to roll its operational and customer service functions such as business technology and adviser and customer contact centres into one division under the new COO in late September.
