The CIO50: Deadline is on December 17

CIOs, CTOs, chief digital officers, IT directors and equivalents across NZ invited to take part

The CIO50 list recognises New Zealand’s 50 most innovative and effective CIOs or head of technology - who are influencing rapid change across their organisations.

It applauds those who are leading the IT function and driving innovative technology-driven projects that have completely transformed business processes.

It also showcases the variety of organisations and transformations that exist in different market sectors.

Nominations for the CIO50 will be accepted through 17 December 2018.

Nomination questions give entrants an opportunity to showcase their achievements in two areas: Business innovation and leadership.

This is the first year CIO50 is being launched in New Zealand. The research is held in conjunction with CIO50 in Australia. Together, the executives in these lists will comprise the first batch of CIO100 ANZ leaders.

To fill in your nomination form for CIO50, download the form here and email the completed form to divina_paredes@idg.co.nz.

A separate award will recognise the leading organisation that has developed a technology-enabled initiative that helps address a community or social issue.

We have assembled a panel of industry leaders and analysts – to judge the 2019 list.

The CIO50 report and those awarded will be celebrated at a breakfast forum at The Hilton in Auckland on March 27, and at the Te Papa in Wellington on March 28, 2019.
