Why you shouldn't accept every LinkedIn connection invite

Next time you receive an invitation to connect on LinkedIn from someone unfamiliar, think twice before you accept. This is not only sound advice, it's part of LinkedIn's official rules. Why Google's enterprise pitch is a confusing mess

Can you explain to your business colleagues what Google for Work is? If so, you're miles ahead of Google. CIOs say Apple still doesn't care about enterprise

Apple's products and platforms have been bona fide game changers in the enterprise, but the company still doesn't give many CIOs the time of day. Unless they commit to buying 10,000 iPads or other Apple devices, enterprises are essentially on their own when it comes to support, according to a group of IT executives who spoke at this week's MacIT Conference in Santa Clara, Calif. All of the CIOs said they hope Apple will do more to embrace the needs of small-to-midsize businesses ... but none are holding their breath.

Social media sites still don't do enough to combat abuse

Every day, countless individuals and groups are victimized on social networks. The abusers, detached and cloaked in anonymity, often take on different personas as they shame, troll, incite and denigrate others with relative impunity.
