If I were Tim Cook right now, I wouldn't be worrying about Apple Watch sales potential. Oh, it will sell. The new TV spot is inspiring, and the stainless steel polish on these watches looks fan-frigging-amazing. Add in Apple's trademark surprise-and-delight, and all signs point to long lines on launch day.

GlassUp smartglasses: A more tasteful, simplified take on wearable face tech

It's impossible to judge the value of a product that's still in the prototype stage, but if nothing else, the GlassUp augmented-reality smartglasses promise to address two problems with Google Glass: They make a slightly less nerdy fashion statement, and they place overlaid content closer to the center of your sight line, theoretically mitigating eyestrain.
