Jason Delamore, Fronde

Jason Delamore is the latest example in New Zealand of moving up from CIO to CEO.

Delamore is now the chief executive at Fronde after more than five years at Auckland International Airport where he was both CIO and CMO.

All of his former roles have involved technology, sales and marketing, including four years as product marketing manager at IBM, general manager Landis+Gyr in New Zealand, managing director of The Generator Room, marketing manager at Vector for two years, and Contact Energy general manager retail.

"I am looking forward to leading Fronde, a well respected NZ technology provider that is committed to accelerating growth for customers across both NZ and Australia,” Delamore tells CIO New Zealand.

“Combining the offerings from leading applications such as Google, Salesforce and NetSuite with comprehensive consulting, implementation and development capability is a compelling proposition,” he adds. “I am confident that bringing a client side lens will also help add additional value to our customers."
